Meraki Coffee Co. is the passion project of Ryan Baker and his 10+ year coffee journey.

Finding enjoyment in serving others coffee through the connections made and others enjoying the byproduct, Ryan found himself diving deeper into the coffee industry. As his curiosity led him further, his passion only grew more. Finding coffee not just to be a beverage, but an agricultural product with a story behind each cup.

With the desire to grow, challenge himself, and expand the coffee culture, he took on coffee roasting.

With small beginnings, a pop-up coffee bar at the Kalamazoo Farmer’s Market, Ryan looks forward to where he sees Meraki as a thriving coffee business. With many future endeavors ahead, such as a brick and mortar location, roasting facility, and training center to further his passion of coffee and hospitality.
